David Medvetz

David Medvetz is a recognized business leader with nearly decades of experience in construction business, business management, and marketing. Originally from Pennsylvania, David holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing Management and Labor Economics and an MBA. David is also a recognized world-class decathlete and ranked 6th in the United States and 33rd on the World List by Score in 1986. At that time David came to Raleigh, NC to train for the 1988 and 1992 Olympics. He has remained in Raleigh since that time.

In 1996, after Hurricane Fran hit and David discovered a need for competent general contractors in the market, David founded a now well-known construction company Blue Sky Services, Inc. His master's degree in Business Administration and extensive coursework in General Contracting and Material and Labor Costing have helped him grow the company into the success that it is today. Along the way David has also participated in a number of business ventures and development projects, and organized and ran other companies such as a well-known marketing company in the state of North Carolina – Building Blocks Publications. In spring 2010, David co-founded Blue Sky Services Real Estate, where he presently serves as Director of Marketing.

Keith Saieed

Keith Saieed is a North Carolina native who was born into the industry of commercial real estate construction and development. Keith attended the University of NC, Wilmington, graduating with a BS in Marketing. Upon graduating college, Keith immediately got his real estate license and began selling homes while working as a project manager on several large commercial jobs. After spending several years with Drucker and Falk as a broker, Keith started focusing on his own commercial real investment & development projects. He spent this phase of his career focusing on brokering investment properties, land, apartments, shopping centers- essentially all facets of commercial real estate.

In Spring 2010, Keith co-founded Blue Sky Services Real Estate, assuming a role of a Broker-in-Charge. Keith’s success lies in his experience of many commercial deals, consisting of multifamily complexes, shopping centers, office buildings, raw land and site locations for his own developments, as well as his clients developments.

Nikita Zhitov

Nikita Zhitov began his career in real estate at the age of 18 when he acquired his first 16-unit apartment building his senior year in high school. Since that time, Nikita invested in over 170 commercial and residential projects, locally as well as overseas. His experience in the industry ranges from historic apartment building renovations and redevelopment of shopping centers to acquisitions of day care facilities, over 1000ac of raw land, and condo conversions. This knowledge and experience from investment career and property ownership translate into genuine ability to deliver results to Blue Sky clients. In spring 2010 Nikita joined Blue Sky Services Real Estate, Inc to help develop brokerage division of the corporation.

Nikita Zhitov is a medal-graduate of a prestigious North Carolina School of Science and Mathematics. He has been mentioned on numerous occasions in various publications, TV news, and newspaper articles. Nikita is a recognized local business leader and an expert motivational speaker. Mr. Zhitov is fluent in Russian, English, and French.

Nicole Butchkowski

Nicole comes to Blue Sky Services Real Estate with more than 9 years of Commercial as well as Residential Real Estate experience. She also holds training in residential real estate appraisal.

Nicole also has a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism from Indiana University of Pennsylvania .

Arpan Makam

In 2007 I graduated from NC State University with a B.S. in Business Management. Shortly after graduating I went and got my North Carolina Real Estate Brokers License. I worked for Allen Tate Realtors in residential real estate. From there I went in to property management. Most people despise property management, but i truly love it. Everyday is a new and exciting issue.

I have recently made the transition into Commercial Real Estate and it has been very good to me. It is by far the most interesting sector in real estate. I work with many different types of people, from family's to corporations. I welcome you to give me a call.

Morgan Davis

Morgan is a North Carolina native who comes to Blue Sky Services Real Estate with over 4 years of office administration and customer service experience. Before becoming a part of the Blue Sky team Morgan worked directly with customers in a local Raleigh office as an office manager and operations assistant.

She is currently working towards her Bachelor's degree in Business Management.
